Terms of Service

1. Services
We offer paid consultation services through this website. By booking a session, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the services only for lawful purposes.
2. Payments
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in AED, and full payment is required to confirm a booking. You agree not to initiate chargebacks without contacting us first to resolve any issues.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to be eligible for a refund. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.
If you are not satisfied with the consultation, you may request a full refund by contacting us within 24 hours after the session. We will review the request and, if approved, issue a full refund within 10 working days.
If we cancel your session for any reason, a full refund will be issued automatically within 10 working days.
Additionally, if you conclude a real estate transaction through Monrer Real Estate Brokerage LLC, all prior consultation fees will be fully refunded, regardless of the number of sessions attended.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to engaging in fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or violating any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and session materials, are the property of Monrer Real Estate Brokerage LLC and may not be copied or redistributed without written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee any particular outcome from the consultations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of our services.
7. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.
